Video Tapes (VHS, S-VHS, Video 8, Hi 8, Digital 8 and

Mini DV) all transferred to DVD or Blu-ray

This involves transferring the films directly to computer using high quality (analogue to digital) equipment.  Then using computer based editing to check for and correct any obvious issues e.g. colour balance. Optional extras include: Any additional editing as required e.g. extracting unwanted video. Adding music for background - (would be muted when the video has dialogue). Adding a menu (useful if the finished video is longer than 30 minutes)

All our prices include a customised disc case and disc face

Cine Film - Standard 8 and Super 8 digitally

transferred to DVD or Blu-ray

We use a dedicated cine film scanner to scan and copy each image from the cine film.  If your cine film has a sound track, this is recorded separately and then incorporated in the final video.  This process avoids the poor quality issues that arise when simply using a video camera to record the cine film as it is projected.  The scanned images are then used to produce a quality HD ready video file for DVD or Blu-ray. (Where there are a number of reels to be copied, these can be put together into one video ready for copying onto one disc). The finished video is then copied to DVD or Blu-ray and the disc given a personalised appearance along with a personalised presentation case. Optional extras include: Adding music (recommended for cine film without sound) Adding a menu (useful if the finished video is longer than 30 minutes) Copying video onto a USB memory stick

All our prices include a customised disc case and disc face
